Manual mode needs exactly 28×28, 56×56, and 112×112 square GIFs. Auto-resize accepts one square GIF from 112×112 up to 4096×4096.

Upload once, preview each size, then download the pack. We compress toward Twitch byte limits when needed — quality may drop on complex art.

Compare original dimensions and file size with the exported Twitch-ready files before you upload to Twitch for review.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this submit the emote to Twitch?

No. It prepares files locally. You still upload and get Twitch review approval yourself.

What if my GIF has more than 60 frames?

We sample down to 60 frames so the export stays within Twitch’s frame limit.

Where do these limits come from?

Twitch Emote Guidelines / Animated Emotes help articles. Specs are kept in a shared config so we can update them when Twitch changes rules.
